initial evaluation (75-90 minutes)
Individual - $125
Couples or family - $150

Follow-up Appointments (50-60 minutes)
Individual - $90 per session
​Couples or Family - $120 per session

INSURANCE
​We do apologize, but no private or federal insurance plans
are accepted at this time. However, some individuals or
families may qualify for an income-based discounted rate,
please inquire for additional information.
